Hantech Medical Italy S.p.A. is a medical device manufacturing company based in Italy, specializing in single-use medical devices and components, with expertise in plastic injection molding, assembly and polymer-based manufacturing.

Our projects mainly involve single-use medical consumables, including products and components for IV administration, infusion therapy, drug delivery, puncture/access applications and other medical device applications.

As part of an international organization, Hantech Medical Italy works closely with global customers and technical teams in both Italy and China.

About the Role
We are looking for a Project Engineer to support and coordinate customer projects from project initiation through implementation and completion.

The Project Engineer will act as a key link between customers and our Italian manufacturing site, coordinating project requirements, timelines, technical activities and internal teams.





This role is particularly suitable for someone with at least 1 year of experience in Project Management, Engineering, Technical or Manufacturing roles who is interested in developing a career in project management within the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer projects from project initiation to completion.
- Act as a key contact between customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate project requirements, timelines, technical updates and customer feedback.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, R&D; and other internal functions.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and follow up on actions.
- Participate in customer meetings and support project management activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and project status updates.
- Support new product introduction and industrialization projects.
- Coordinate with China-based technical and project teams
