ROLE MISSION
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most prestigious luxury Houses within the Kering Group and to contribute to the legal and compliance agenda of an international Maison rooted in Roman tailoring excellence. You will support the General Counsel on a broad range of legal, corporate, intellectual property and compliance matters, acting as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders across commercial,
retail, wholesale, marketing, product, operations and corporate functions. The role offers exposure to complex cross-border projects, strategic contractual negotiations, brand protection matters, corporate governance activities and the implementation of Group compliance standards in a fast-paced international environment.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of domestic and international commercial agreements in Italian and English, including distribution, franchise, licensing, wholesale and retail, supply and manufacturing, services, marketing, sponsorship, endorsement, digital and e-commerce, leasing, and confidentiality arrangements.
• Providing day-to-day legal support to business functions on commercial, operational and strategic projects, helping the business identify pragmatic, risk-aware and business-oriented legal solutions.
