Associate Manager, Quality Engineering EU

ROLE SUMMARY

This position will manage regional quality engineering tasks concerning production of finished goods at European External Manufacturers and EU suppliers to ensure quality is driven into the products and manufacturing processes at every stage of product development and realization, with support and supervision of Quality Engineering Manager and Quality Engineering Associate Manager EU.
The scope of the role includes supporting local,



regional and global projects to introduce new products or changes of existing ones, suppliers auditing and improvement practices and supporting quality escalations for prompt and effective resolution. This position requires a high level of daily interaction with SCJ internal functions (Supply Planning, Procurement, RD&E; and Regional Quality) and external parties (External manufacturers and raw materials and pack materials suppliers).

RESPONSIBILITIES

NPDs/ Major products restages - Project support:
Join cross functional product development teams to ensure quality is driven into the product and manufacturing process at early stages of product development.

NPDs at suppliers/External Manufacturers (EMs), new materials, machine acquisition, process change introduction at EM:
