About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to ensure the availability, reliability and safe operation of production equipment, utilities and plant infrastructure. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead a team of approximately six maintenance technicians and coordinate external service providers.




A central part of the role is to build a structured maintenance system that supports serial production. You will develop the asset register, define maintenance strategies, establish consistent use of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), improve spare parts management and monitor performance through clear indicators. You will also strengthen the team’s technical capabilities, particularly in automation and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a single CMMS work order process for recording, prioritising, scheduling, completing and verifying maintenance requests. Ensure each work order clearly defines the tasks, required parts, expected duration, acceptance criteria and responsibilities.
• Review and resolve the backlog of open or unverified work orders, regularly aligning priorities and resources with Production.
• Build and maintain an asset register containing technical data, documentation, spa
