We are engaging Adolescent/Child Safeguarding & Exploitation Specialists to contribute to a customer's project focused on assessing sexual safety and exploitation risk in adolescent scenarios. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Review complex adolescent cases to assess sexual safety and exploitation (CSE/CSA) risks.
- Produce clear, defensible written safeguarding guidance suitable for non-specialists.




- Apply recognised risk-assessment and safeguarding frameworks to evaluate urgency and appropriate interventions.
- Identify indicators of grooming, coercion, and exploitation within nuanced case details.
- Recommend protective actions and escalation pathways, including when mandatory reporting is warranted.
- Utilise a trauma-informed lens, weighing developmental, capacity, and consent factors in each assessment.
- Benchmark your clinical judgments against peer standards and established protocols to ensure guidance accuracy and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5+ years post-qualification experience in child safeguarding, adolescent-protection, or relevant clinical roles.
- Specialty background in child protection, forensic child/adolescent psychiatry or psychology, or paediatric medicine with a safeguarding remit.
- Active clinical license or registration in good standing.
- Current or recent (within the last two years) adolescent cas
