Carlsberg Italia is offering a 6-month internship in the People & Culture team, focused on payroll and personnel administration. You will gain hands-on experience handling payroll data, onboarding processes, and P&C; projects while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
You will work with a team to support time tracking, data management, and organizational tasks, with flexible, hybrid working arrangements and exposure to recruitment support and system improvements.
