As part of the exciting winter season, we are looking for a Front Office Agent - Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy and service during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner during overnight hours.
- Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests efficiently and accurately.




- Perform daily night audit procedures, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded and balanced.
- Verify guest accounts, billing information, and revenue reports.
- Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure accurate handover to the morning shift.
- Monitor hotel security and oversee overnight operations to ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address overnight needs.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest profiles as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and luxury hospitality service standards.

Profile & Requirements
- Previous experience in a Front Office, Night Auditor, or similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel financial operations is an advantage.
