- Support the development and implementation of automated manufacturing test methods for AC/DC and DC/DC converter stages, ensuring reliable verification of electrical performance, safety, isolation, efficiency, thermal behavior, protection functions, calibration data, and communication interfaces.
- Contribute to the definition of manufacturing test coverage for power modules and converter systems, ensuring compliance with product, quality, safety, and production requirements.
- Participate in the full manufacturing-test lifecycle, supporting activities from early prototypes and engineering builds through pilot production, process qualification, ramp-up, mass-production release, production monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Help translate converter specifications, electrical architectures, manufacturing requirements, safety constraints, and engineering changes into effective and production‑ready test strategies.




- Support the definition, automation, deployment, and industrialization of production test equipment, fixtures, and test benches, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of traceability documentation by linking requirements, test specifications, measurement limits, calibration records, production logs, failure codes, release criteria, and quality metrics.
- Investigate and analyze manufacturing test failures, supporting root‑cause analysis activities to distinguish between design, firmware, component, thermal, fixture, or process‑related issues and helping drive corrective actions based on data.
- Collaborate with power electronics, firmware, manufacturing, quality, field service, compliance teams, external laboratories, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and maintain high standards for converter testing.
