OverviewThe Area Sales Manager (ASM) plays a critical leadership role in driving commercial performance across assigned territories in Italy. The ASM leads and develops a team of Key Account Managers, ensuring effective execution of commercial strategy, strong account planning, and achievement of performance targets.
