Key Responsibilities:



Employee & Union Relations Support employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and people-related matters.

Assist the HR Manager with union relations activities, including the preparation of reports and documentation, coordination of meetings with employee representatives and trade unions, and follow-up on local agreements and related initiatives.

Contribute to maintaining a positive employee relations climate through effective communication and engagement initiatives.

Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and professional HR experience.

Global HR Operations Coordination Ensure the effective local implementation of global HR policies, standards, and operational guidelines.

Act as the primary local contact for global HR projects, process updates, organizational changes, and HR system implementations.
