Your role
We are looking for a
Legal Counsel
who will provide support for contracts, commercial laws, regulatory matters and legal advice across the EMEA region and globally (global contracts negotiated from HQ). The resource will be mainly dedicated to serving:
- Sourcing Team & Indirect Procurement teams, R&D; Frames team, by drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial, procurement, logistics, services contracts and similar, NDAs, etc.
- R&D;/Engineering/Quality team, by providing legal advice on regulatory matters (medical devices, PPE, clinical trials/investigations, eHealth, telemedicine etc.), H&S;, environmental etc., and drafting related contracts and documents
