Position Available
Casual Food & Beverage Salesperson – Restaurant Award Level 2
Monday–Friday: $33.85 per hour
Saturday: $40.62 per hour
Sunday: $40.62 per hour
Public Holidays: $67.70 per hour
+ Super + Generous Tips
We’re looking for someone available to work 30+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include

Managing your own section and delivering polished, attentive and knowledgeable service in a fast-paced environment

Guiding guests through Palermo’s food and wine offering, confidently making recommendations and identifying opportunities to upsell

Working across floor and bar operations as required, using POS, EFTPOS and reservation systems while working closely with the wider team
