Workday Configuration Specialist

What you will do
The Workday Configuration Specialist will be responsible for the design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday modules, including but not limited to Core HCM, Absence, Benefits,



Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting, based on business requirements and best practices.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and configure Workday to support various HR processes and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new functionalities or enhancements.
- Perform unit and system testing of new configurations and integrations to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Workday configurations, processes, and integrations.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday related issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new features, assessing their impact and potential benefits for the organization.
