Avvale is looking for a Senior Process & Digital Transformation Consultant

Role and position

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with at least 5 years of experience in advisory and digital transformation, specializing in the optimization of business processes, organizational models, and digital solutions; Experience in Service Design, Co-Design, and Design Thinking methodologies (nice to have), with a strong orientation toward innovation.

Requirements and skills

To apply, you must have experience in managing clients and stakeholders, business process transformation, process assessment & redesign, workshop facilitation, and advisory is required.

Must have: certifications in the process improvement field, such as Lean Six Sigma, CBPP®, or BPMN.

In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €38,500 and €51,500, commensurate with experience and skills.

The position is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities.
