we are looking for a new human resources coordinator.The place of work is our headquarters in San Felice delBenaco (next to Camping Weekend). The HR team will consist of this person and a recruitert and will report to the Director of Training and Recruitment of thegroup, which is located in Aix en Provence, France.Major responsibilities:- Participatein the development of the recruitment process and the Group's recruitmentstrategy.- Define, in collaboration with Human Resources or your manager, the specific missions related to recruitment (position/profile, etc.).- Writing and publishing attractive advertisements- Monitor applications in the management system (ATS), select profilesaccording to the needs expressed and carry out initial interviews withselected candidates- Manage pre-employment formalities in cooperation with the HumanResources department.- Ensure that new recruits are properly integrated into the company- Train managers and executives on recruitment techniques and the useof the ATS- Manage partners (employment office, schools, local agencies, etc.)- Develop partnerships with schools to recruit trainees, students intraining or young graduates.- Manage stands and represent the group at job fairs and forums (inFrance and Europe, if necessary).- The list of tasks is not exhaustive and may change according to theneeds of the department.#J-18808-Ljbffr
