This acquisition allows us to enhance our range of electric heaters used in various industries around the world. /ph3Overview /h3pThe Engineer is primarily responsible for the detailed design and engineering of industrial electric panel design and electrical solutions in relation to control and functioning of the Electrical Heat Exchangers. This includes the development of custom solutions for a variety of industrial applications,



field support and ensuring compliance with international standards. /ph3Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities include /h3ulliReview of engineering orders for electric systems, assessing time requirements, technical complexity, and compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards and certifications. /liliDesign and development of heating elements, control panels, and complete heating systems using Thermon/FATI engineering tools. /liliCoordination with engineering teams in other locations for project handovers and technical alignment. /liliDay-to-day management of engineering projects within the Italian office, ensuring timely and accurate execution. /liliProvide technical support for internal teams and clients, including troubleshooting and resolution of design-related issues. /liliConduct on-site support activities such as installation supervision, commissioning, training, and diagnostics. /liliCollaborate with the Sales team to develop technical proposals, cost estimations, and revisions tailored to customer needs. /liliLiaise with external sales representatives to support key accounts and strategic projects. /liliReview and validate engineering drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance. /li /ulh3Key Characteristics, Competencies and Skills /h3ul liTechnical diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation or Industrial Engineering,
