- **Operations Specialist in the Trade Show Sector**The candidate we are looking for possesses strong organizational skills, has already gained experience in similar roles, and will be integrated into an international and dynamic team. The role involves participating in the management and coordination of event operations, ensuring their proper execution according to management objectives.**Main Responsibilities and Duties*** Manage or participate in managing and coordinating the operations for the shows within the portfolio.* Prepare the "Participation Dossier", verify, together with the legal firm,



the aspects related to the Regulations and GDPR (Privacy) and ensure their correct implementation in the event documentation; prepare the Useful Information for Exhibitors.* Draft (using AutoCAD LT) and validate the event layout or the assigned Halls in coordination with the sales targets set by management, considering commercial needs.* Manage the suppliers responsible for the realization of setups and/or various supplies.* Oversee and control exhibitors' stand projects and obtain the necessary authorizations from the location.* Guarantee effective communication between exhibitors and the sales and marketing teams to resolve or anticipate issues related to the realization of various areas.* Coordinate the activities of the team involved in organizing and executing the show by providing continuous support; proactively facilitate coordination meetings to keep track of project progress.* In collaboration with a consulting firm, coordinate activities related to maintaining the ISO 20121:2024 certification (sustainable event management); define objectives, update documentation, and participate in audits with the auditing company.**Required Qualifications*** University degree or specialization school.* At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the sector.* Good knowledge of the English language and of MS Office (particularly Excel).* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD LT is appreciated.* Excellent written and oral communication skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically.* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.**Working Hours:** Full-time (8 hours per day)**Work Location:** Milan - Via Marostica, 1 (availability for travel within Italy or abroad) *RX are fully committed to a fair and equitable work environment for our people and in all the countries and territories in which we operate, we comply with local employment and equality laws*Primary Location Base Pay Range: Italy - Milan (Via Marostica) €32 600 - €54 300.
