Responsabilità

- Lead and develop the site Maintenance organization, ensuring effective maintenance execution across production areas and adequate resources
- Define, implement, and improve maintenance strategies, standards, SOPs, and technical instructions aligned with GMP and site objectives
- Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown activities ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Provide leadership and professional development to maintenance staff and engineers, fostering safety and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Operations and Engineering on maintenance planning, shutdowns, and campaigns to support production needs
- Monitor maintenance performance via KPIs and data analysis, driving actions to improve reliability and efficiency
- Lead investigations for equipment failures and deviations,



contributing to CAPAs and change control
- Act as primary maintenance interface with cross-functional teams to align priorities and site objectives
- Manage budgets, contracts, service providers, and external vendors focusing on safety, quality, and cost effectiveness
- Ensure effective CMMS use and accurate maintenance documentation
- Support engineering projects, equipment installation, commissioning, and lifecycle asset management
- Assist regulatory inspections, audits, and knowledge sharing across the site

Requisiti fondamentali

- 8+ years in maintenance, engineering, or technical operations within pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management, asset lifecycle management, and maintenance methodologies
- Experience in maintenance planning, strategy deployment, resource allocation, and execution
- Experience collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Validation, and HSE in regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with investigations, deviations, CAPA, change controls, and continuous improvement
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, vendors, and cost optimization
- Experience with CMMS and maintenance performance systems
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary maintenance teams and external contractors
