/liliIdentifying operational issuesbr/and implementing continuous improvement initiatives focused on wastebr/reduction, efficiency enhancement, and process optimization. /liliSupporting the evolution andbr/implementation of digital tools and systems related to manufacturing andbr/supply chain management. /liliInterfacing with Groupbr/stakeholders within an international business environment. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3h3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Mechanicalbr/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or equivalentbr/technical background. /liliProven experience in leadershipbr/positions within manufacturing environments. /liliStrong knowledge of mechanicalbr/manufacturing processes, preferably within highly customized orbr/engineer-to-order production settings. /liliDemonstrated experience inbr/coordinating Production, Quality, and Supply Chain functions. /liliSolid understanding of Leanbr/Manufacturing principles and methodologies. /liliKnowledge of the followingbr/methodologies will be considered a strong advantage:ulliSix Sigma; /liliSMED; /lili5S. /li /ul /liliExperience with ERP, MES, andbr/advanced production planning systems. /liliFamiliarity with platforms suchbr/as Opera MES, CyberPlan, and Mago ERP will be considered a plus. /liliFluent English is mandatory, asbr/the role requires regular interaction with international stakeholders andbr/Group functions.
