Here at Vylor, we are growing what’s next by building the future of agriculture – leading breakthroughs in the innovation and application of both science and technology (that’s where you come in!) that will better the lives of people all over the world and fuel the progress of mankind. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliEnsure all plant operations and work activities are safe for all employees. /liliContinuously driving a safe work culture, ensuring employee engagement with safety as well as site compliance with all of our safety programs. /liliManage the daily plant operations which may include, but are not limited to: receiving, bulk management, conditioning, treating, packaging, maintenance, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. /liliUtilize Vylor Manufacturing and productivity tools to drive continuous improvement projects and foster a focused-improvement culture in all employees and operations. /liliCoach, support, and develop employees on your team in a manner that fosters effective collaboration and teamwork while also demonstrating and modeling Vylor Values. /liliEnable and encourage direct reports to leverage their full potential and achieve business results.



/liliHold employees accountable for achieving performance results and demonstrate work behaviors that promote collaboration and teamwork in an effective manner. /liliEstablish and support individual and team performance goals that are attainable and aligned with business strategy. /liliActively encourage and support employees’ career development; coach staff in stretch assignments and skill development critical to employees’ jobs and overall career objectives. /liliManage quality operations systems and processes; ensure product first-pass-quality and launch root-cause-failure-analysis with countermeasures in cases when first-pass-quality is not achieved. /liliCommunicate effectively and hold regular team meetings to provide timely business updates. /liliPlan, organize, and direct plant operations which ensure the most effective return on assets. /liliReview and approve plans for the control of production output, budget spending, material efficiency, and engineering/maintenance effectiveness. /liliEnsure on-time delivery to meet both business and customer needs. /li /ulh3Qualifications - External /h3pEducation: /pulliYou have a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Mechanichal Engineering /li /ulh3What Skills You Need /h3ulliYou have a strong understanding of operational effectiveness through 2 to 3+ years of experience in seed production, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, or another related field. /liliYou can effectively work with and manage people from diverse backgrounds to achieve cross-functional collaboration.



/liliYou are results‑oriented and have strong priority management skills. /liliYou have excellent interpersonal communications! /liliYou lead through your influencing skills, not authority. /liliYou are committed to safety and quality. You have change management and innovation experience. /liliYou are a credible, effective leader /li /ulh3What Makes You Stand Out /h3ulliProcess Safety Management (PSM) experience. /liliExperience leading safety programs and initiativ /liliExperience Quality Management Systems and leading quality initiatives. /li /ulh3Corteva announced to separate our current advanced seed and genetics business to establish a standalone company, operating as Vylor, Inc. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to legal requirements and board approval.
