pEFI is looking for a Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineer to join our engineering team in Italy, Bergamo (Comun Recente). As Mechanical Engineer you will be part of the manufactoring technical office team, working in a multidisciplinary environment to manage new products within the textile-printing industry. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive design improvements across the existing product portfolio. /li liCollaborate closely within a multidisciplinary RD Engineering team. /li liLead mechanical engineering activities across multiple projects, including cost analysis, technical specifications, risk assessment, and validation testing requirements. /li liPartner with Supply Chain to identify cost reduction opportunities through alternative materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes. /li liWork closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Test Engineering teams to ensure the performance, reliability, and manufacturability of product components. /li /ul h3Qualifications Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field. /li liProven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within a technical office, engineering, or product development function.
/li liStrong knowledge of mechanical design principles, product construction methods, and engineering calculations for complex assemblies and systems. /li liExperience in prototype development, testing, validation, and coordination of prototype build activities. /li liAbility to create engineering concepts and design solutions, translating them into detailed 3D models and technical drawings; experience with PTC Creo Elements/Direct is preferred. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and organizational levels. /li liExperience managing relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. /li liBroad multidisciplinary technical knowledge is considered an advantage. /li liFluent in both Italian and English, spoken and written. /li liKnowledge of manufacturing processes and materials engineering. /li liFamiliarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles. /li liExperience working in cross-functional product development environments. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
