Since 1994, we’ve partnered with multi-site organizations to deliver real cost savings through industry-leading technology, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of our clients’ brand standards.We believe great service starts with great people—and we invest in teams that care about doing things right.What You’ll DoAs a Sourcing Associate, you’ll be the glue that connects NEST with our Independent Service Providers (ISPs) across the U.S., ensuring service excellence and strong partnerships.Build and maintain professional relationships with ISPs, internal teams, and clientsSource qualified ISPs using tools like Apptivo Leads, System Z, LinkedIn, Thumbtack, and moreEnsure ISPs have the experience and equipment to deliver top-notch serviceEducate ISPs on compliance requirements, contracts, insurance, and our service portalsOnboard new ISPs and support coverage needs across the countryNegotiate ISP pricing and monitor gross profit to keep services profitableTroubleshoot ISP-related issues and elevate when necessaryTrack and manage work orders in System Z to ensure nothing falls through the cracksConfirm services with ISPs and clients for recurring and scheduled workReview and address ISP compliance reports, payment status, and performance metricsSupport new programs, project rollouts,



and high-visibility work ordersCollaborate with Quality Assurance and management to solve problems and improve processesProvide backup coverage for teammates during high-volume periodsMaintain professional, courteous communication via phone, email, and conference callsKeep detailed notes and documentation to ensure all parties are informedBusy?
