This is a role where you will be traveling 80% or more of the time. /p pYou will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the customer's on-site experience: from the initial installation and commissioning of equipment to delivering comprehensive user training and performing critical repairs. You will teach them how to operate the machinery, utilize software, and perform basic maintenance. /li liDemonstrations: Perform live product demos to inspire confidence in the technology and ensure the customer team is fully up to speed. /li /ul /li /ul ul libBreak-Fix Maintenance (On-Site) /b ul liRapid Response: Act as a deployable resource for customers facing downtime, often traveling on short notice to perform urgent repairs. /li liPreventative Maintenance: Manage a schedule of annual maintenance visits,



ensuring all warrantied customers are serviced within their 90-day target window. /li liTroubleshooting: Employ critical thinking to diagnose electromechanical issues and achieve "single visit resolutions" to minimize travel and downtime. /li /ul /li /ul ul libLogistics Reporting /b ul liVisit Volume: Execute a high volume of activity. /li liTravel Management: Independently manage a complex travel schedule (flights, trains, hotels, rental cars) and submit expenses on time. /li liDocumentation: Maintain meticulous records of installations, training sessions completed, and repairs in Salesforce. /li /ul /li /ul h3Your Profile: /h3 ul liYou are based in bMilan /b or within a 45-minute drive (highly preferred due to hub connectivity). /li liYou are energized by travel and willing to be on the road 80%+ of the time. We pay for your time spent traveling, and this position is eligible for overtime. /li liYou have a strong technical background (electromechanical/hardware) and the soft skills required to teach others how to use that technology. /li liFluency in bEnglish and Italian (C1-C2) /b.
