The role will primarily center on financial planning, budgetary control, cost management, and performance analysis, ensuring the organization achieves its financial and operational objectives. /ppThe ideal candidate will combine financial expertise and a commercial mindset, fostering collaboration with operational teams to align with financial objectives and long-term strategy. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3ullibBusiness Partnering Strategic Challenge: /b Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing financial insights to support decision-making, collaborating with commercial teams to align business strategies with financial goals and market dynamics. /lilibFinancial Controlling Analysis /b: Develop and monitor key financial metrics to assess business and identify areas for improvement, while overseeing the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial performance, including revenue, margins, and costs. /lilibBudgeting, Forecasting, and Planning /b:
