The role is primarily operational and execution-focused, supporting the management of live transactions and the onboarding of new mandates,



with the opportunity to gain exposure to restructuring and distressed scenarios over time. /ppThis position is well suited for a junior professional looking to build a solid foundation in loan agency, transaction mechanics and credit processes within a structured and fast-paced environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the Agency team in the day-to-day management of performing financing transactions /liliAssist with onboarding of new mandates, including collection and review of transaction documentation /liliSupport with data remediation and data quality activities related to the credit portfolio /liliMaintain and update transaction data, records and reporting within the management system /liliSupport drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, payment processes and reconciliation activities /liliMonitor key contractual dates, conditions precedent and ongoing obligations /liliAssist in the preparation of client communications, notices and periodic reports /liliLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (lenders, borrowers, legal advisors) /liliSupport portfolio monitoring activities /liliAssist senior team members on restructuring or special situation mandates,
