pCepheid, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist – Systems to deliver advanced product support for Cepheid’s molecular diagnostics instruments. This role is fully remote in Europe with occasional travel, reporting to Italy/Portugal Customer Care. /ppYou will troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
