The role is fully remote in Europe and reports to the Italy/Portugal Customer Care Manager. /ppYou will diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues, conduct root cause analyses, and provide timely resolutions to ensure patient testing continuity across customer sites. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
