Overview

In this role, you support growth for a global professional services leader by assisting tender processes and shaping marketing content. You’ll collaborate with the Italian Business Generation & Marketing Manager to coordinate events and develop essential business development materials. The position offers growth in an international, collaborative environment and exposure to high-impact projects, from data centers to iconic buildings. You’ll contribute to brand awareness and client-facing communications, helping turn opportunities into tangible outcomes.

Responsabilità

- Assist in preparing tender proposals ensuring completeness and timely submission
- Coordinate corporate events (internal and external) to boost brand awareness




- Support marketing and communications activities including content for digital channels and media relations
- Create and update business development documents such as presentations, capability statements, and tender materials

Requisiti fondamentali

- 2-3 years of experience in a corporate role
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English (B2/C1)
- Office proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; strong document quality and visuals
