The role will be instrumental in delivering bproductivity improvements, cost savings, capability building, and cultural transformation /b throughout the organization. /p /brpWe are seeking a highly motivated CI leader with proven experience in implementing bglobal Continuous Improvement programs /b within international manufacturing environments, ideally through bTPM, IWS, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma /b, or similar methodologies. /p /brpThe selected candidate will lead the development and execution of the company's bmid-to-long-term CI strategy /b across the end-to-end supply chain, while supporting the delivery of current performance improvement and savings initiatives. They will be accountable for the overall success of the CI program, ensuring that a bcontinuous improvement mindset and culture become embedded in the daily operations /b of the organization. /p /brpWorking closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, RD, HR, Finance, and Plant Leadership teams, the Global Continuous Improvement Director will drive sustainable performance improvement and support the achievement of IRCA Group's strategic objectives. /p /brpThe position is preferably based in bItaly, at IRCA Group's Headquarters /b, with regular interaction and collaboration across the Group's international operations. /p /brh3What will you do: /h3 /brh3Continuous Improvement Strategy Governance: /h3 /brul /brliDefine and deploy the Group-wide Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with business goals and operational priorities /li /brliEstablish governance, standards, methodologies, and KPIs to ensure a consistent CI approach across all regions and manufacturing sites /li /brliDrive the deployment of TPM/IWS, Lean Manufacturing,



and Six Sigma methodologies across the organization /li /brliDevelop a multi-year CI roadmap supporting productivity, quality, safety, service, and cost excellence objectives /li /br /ul /brh3Operational Excellence Performance Improvement: /h3 /brul /brliIdentify, prioritize, and execute improvement initiatives that deliver measurable operational and financial results /li /brliOwn the CI savings pipeline and ensure achievement of productivity and cost-saving targets /li /brliMonitor the performance of CI initiatives and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements /li /brliBenchmark internal and external best practices to continuously enhance operational performance /li /br /ul /brh3Capability Building Cultural Transformation: /h3 /brul /brliDevelop and embed a culture of Continuous Improvement and servant leadership throughout the organization /li /brliCoach, mentor, and develop leaders and frontline teams on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, problem-solving, and change management methodologies /li /brliBuild organizational capabilities by creating training frameworks and CI development programs /li /brliDrive employee engagement and ownership of improvement initiatives at all levels of the organization /li /br /ul /brh3Program Deployment Leadership: /h3 /brul /brliLead strategic pilot programs and lighthouse projects to demonstrate and scale best practices /li /brliPartner with plant leadership teams to deploy TPM pillars and establish site-level improvement plans /li /brliSupport regional and local teams during implementation, ensuring alignment with global standards /li /brliAct as a key change agent, influencing stakeholders and driving organizational transformation /li /br /ul /brh3Cross-Functional Collaboration: /h3 /brul /brliCollaborate closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, RD, HR, Finance, Quality, and Procurement teams to drive end-to-end performance improvements /li /brliSupport capital investment and automation initiatives by providing operational excellence expertise /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements: /h3 /brh3Education: /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field /li /brliLean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or TPM certification is considered a strong advantage /li /br /ul /brh3Experience: /h3 /brul /brliMinimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and operations leadership roles /li /brliMinimum 3-5 years in a global or regional Continuous Improvement leadership position within an international manufacturing environment /li /brliProven experience implementing TPM, IWS, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma,
