Join our team in Milan as a Clinical Application Specialist. /p h3Your role: /h3 ul libProviding primary training /b and education to customers /li libAssisting in disseminating technical product information to customers and executing hospital’s staff training, also in the cath lab during clinical procedures. /b /li liAchieving and growing disposable utilization in the assigned territory; assisting in advancing disposable revenue and market position consistent with territory, division, and company goals. /li libMonitoring the use of Philips laser systems /b in the assigned territory, by regular contact with the users, in order to ensure confidence in Philips IGT-D products and systems. Assisting each step of Philips laser system utilization, from the delivery to the cath-lab support. /li libBuilding solid customer relations /b by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter laboratory personnel, training/education, research, and business office staff. /li libInterfacing with Marketing and other internal group /b to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements. /li libImplementing business development activities /b on the field for increasing awareness about cardiac implantable electronic device infection. bOrganizing round tables/cardiac implantable electronic device infection /b meetings involving the different stakeholders that manage patients with infection. /li libProcessing and monitoring product complaints /b per company procedures. /li /ul h3You're the right fit if:
/h3 ul libBa/MSc degree in a biomedical engineering or clinical/science related field /b /li lib2 - 5 yrs experience of clinical support in a cath-lab /b /li liEnglish fluency and Italian language as local languange /li libAvailability to travel 70-80% /b of the time to support cath-lab disposable usage in the area /li libExcellent customer orientation /b and stakeholder management skills /li /ul h3Location Flexibility /h3 pThis role can be based in Milan area, focusing on the Northern Italy regions /p h3Compensation benefits /h3 pThe base annual salary range for this role is € 36,100 - € 51,980. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience, and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs. We'll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision. /p h3How we work together /h3 pWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
