Place of work: San Giovanni Teatino (CH) /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliTransit and Customs: Preparation of documentation for customs procedures relating to the export and import of materials; /liliPlanning and management of port logistics for the movement of goods, materials and consumables to and from the port infrastructure and offshore fields; /liliPlanning and execution of diesel fuel supplies for offshore facilities, used for power generation; /liliOperational and documentary management of OPERATIONAL BASE No. 10, located within the Port of Ortona, in relation to the international and domestic export/import of materials; /liliOngoing monitoring and updating of customs operations to ensure compliance with the latest applicable regulations; /liliAdministrative and accounting management of suppliers; /liliPreparation of tender documents and technical specifications for the procurement of services and materials.



/li /ulh3Marine Pollution Prevention /h3ulliActive contribution to the drafting and updating of company environmental emergency response plans; /liliMaintenance of records relating to maintenance and drills for equipment and external personnel deployed; /liliPlanning and oversight of equipment maintenance activities and personnel practical drills, including direct involvement of the competent Maritime Authorities; /liliTechnical management of equipment in compliance with national regulations; /liliAdministrative and accounting management of suppliers; /liliPreparation of tender documents and technical specifications for the procurement of equipment, tools and service; /li /ulh3Offshore Infrastructure Maintenance /h3ulliFollow-up on the execution of scheduled inspections and maintenance of subsea structures and sea lines for oil and gas platforms; /liliFollow-up on extraordinary maintenance activities; /liliAdministrative and accounting management of suppliers; /liliActive participation in the preparation of tender documents and technical specifications for the procurement of services and materials. /li /ulh3Cost Control and Budget Management /h3ulliOngoing monitoring of expenditure allocated to each cost item, in accordance with the approved company budget for the areas within the roles responsibility and in compliance with the instructions of the Function Manager.



/liliMonitoring of the actual use of financial resources against work progress for the areas within the roles responsibility and in compliance with the instructions of the Function Manager. /liliPreparation of the LE1, LE2, PAF and MTP proposals for Capex and Opex budget items within the roles responsibility, on behalf of the Marine Operations Manager; /li /ulh3Port Security /h3ulliActs as DEPUTY in dealings with the designated Maritime and Port Authorities; /liliManagement, monitoring and implementation of the security system in accordance with the Plan approved by the Maritime Authority and with the PFSOs instructions; /liliAdministrative and accounting management of suppliers; /li /ulh3Offshore Works Delegate /h3ulliActs as the clients Works Delegate and Company Man for all offshore activities under the responsibility of the function. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Experience /h3ulliTechnical diploma, preferably in Nautical Studies or Maritime Transport /liliPreferably, seagoing experience at managerial level aboard merchant vessels in the engine or deck department. /liliPFSO Certificate /liliAt least 5 years experience in the offshore and oil gas industry /liliExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel /liliExcellent knowledge of SAP /liliGood knowledge of Business Control principles /liliGood knowledge of Project Management principles /liliWritten and spoken English. /li /ulh3Skills /h3ulliExcellent interpersonal skills and strong team-working orientation /liliExcellent organisational skills /liliProactivity /liliPositive attitude and cheerfulness /li /ulpThis role is being handled by the Energean recruitment team and no agency contact is required. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
