The role is fully remote in Southern Europe, reporting to the Italy/Portugal Customer Care Manager. /ppYou will troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues, document root causes, and engage with customers to restore instrument uptime while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
