Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, a luxury address in Rome. You will lead the Front Office team, ensuring a polished guest journey and seamless daily operations.
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you will supervise arrivals and departures, optimize room allocations, coach colleagues, and maintain our high service standards in a fast-paced luxury environment. Fluency in English and Italian is preferred.
