Hitachi Vantara is looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive Secretary to provide support to the Regional Vice President (RVP) for the Southern Region and the Italy Country Manager.
This role will act as a key coordination point across leadership, sales and internal teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting business priorities, customer activities, tenders and leadership initiatives.




The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment, managing multiple priorities with discretion, and interacting confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership meetings and business reviews.
Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Provide support to the Italian sales organisation
Support the preparation, coordination and submission of tenders/RFPs, working with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations and other relevant teams.
Support the creation and processing of POs
~ Plan and coordinate leadership events, sales meetings, team meetings and company-wide initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Secretary role, preferably within a multinational organisation.
Experience supporting senior executives and/or sales leadership.
Strong organisational and time-manageme
