Overview

In this role you lead the procurement transformation within global programs, driving standardization, governance, and SAP S/4HANA enablement. You collaborate with IT, business, and sites to design, validate, and deploy procurement solutions, ensuring adoption and compliance across functions and geographies. You will manage UAT, go-live readiness, and post-deployment stabilization while mentoring the procurement team. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape end-to-end processes that improve efficiency and control.

Responsabilità

- Lead the procurement workstream within transformation and deployment programs to meet scope and timelines
- Drive harmonization of procurement processes across markets and sites in line with global standards
- Partner with IT and business teams to design and deploy SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions
- Own business requirements, fit-gap assessments, solution validation, and deployment readiness activities
- Lead UAT, testing, go-live preparation, hypercare, and post-deployment stabilization
- Ensure governance, data quality, compliance,



and risk management for procurement master data
- Drive change management, training, user readiness, and adoption of new processes and tools
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide direction and coaching to the procurement team

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- Extensive experience in procurement process management, transformation, and global deployment
- Strong expertise in S2P and P2P processes
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA procurement implementations or large-scale ERP transformations
- Experience leading cross-functional and global stakeholder teams
- Knowledge of procurement master data governance and internal controls
- Experience leading UAT, change management, training, and go-live activities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
