Verifying the correct allocation of costs to the appropriate cost centers and operating system locations. Identifying and analyzing significant variations from budget and cost standards, providing supporting reports. /li libAnalysis and Reporting: /bPreparing monthly cost reports, highlighting areas for improvement and potential inefficiencies.



Analyzing production and sales costs, providing recommendations to optimize profitability. Developing and maintaining internal monitoring systems to ensure the accuracy of financial data. /li libBudgeting and Forecasting: /bSupporting the annual budgeting process, providing historical data and cost analysis. Collaborating with department heads to develop realistic budgets and cost objectives. Preparing periodic cost forecasts based on current performance and sales forecasts. /li lib- Inventory Management: /bSupervising the management of Food Beverage and other material inventories, ensuring correct valuation and accounting. Performing periodic inventory checks to verify the correspondence between accounting data and physical quantities. Identifying and managing inventory expiry dates to reduce losses. /li libCompliance and Audit: /bEnsuring compliance with the hotel's internal policies and procedures. Collaborating with internal and external auditors during periodic reviews.
