Reporting to the Head of Financial Sales Inventory Pricing, the Inventory Reporting Manager is responsible for providing financial and operational visibility on inventory performance across the business. The role acts as the key Finance partner for inventory monitoring, reporting and analysis, ensuring alignment between business objectives, stock efficiency and financial targets. Working closely with Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail Operations and Regional teams, the Inventory Reporting Manager develops reporting frameworks, drives inventory insights and supports decision-making through accurate analysis and actionable recommendations. The role also plays a key part in the continuous improvement and automation of inventory reporting processes. /p h3Job Description /h3 pKey Accountabilities /p ul liDevelop, maintain and standardize inventory reporting, ensuring consistency and reliability across analyses and reporting outputs. /li liDesign and implement new analyses and reporting solutions based on management requirements and evolving business needs. /li liCoordinate stakeholders and manage timelines related to the development and implementation of new inventory analyses and reports. /li liAct as Project Manager for inventory reporting automation initiatives, coordinating briefings, requirements gathering,



testing activities and follow-up with all involved teams. /li liPrepare, update and consolidate periodic inventory reporting, analyzing variances between actual results and forecasts and highlighting key drivers of deviations. /li liMonitor inventory quality KPIs, including aging, coverage, slow movers and other indicators supporting stock efficiency assessments. /li liMonitor Non-Covered Orders (NCO) inventory, ensuring regular follow-up on action plans and alignment with relevant stakeholders. /li liMonitor the inventory leftover lifecycle, performing preventive analyses of markdown lists and overseeing the correct allocation and positioning of merchandise. /li liConduct ad hoc analyses on product categories showing critical performance indicators in terms of sell-through, stock coverage or inventory exposure. /li liCoordinate and monitor global and regional inventory reduction initiatives, ensuring timely execution and follow-up of agreed actions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. /li li5-7 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain Finance or similar analytical roles. /li liStrong analytical and quantitative skills. /li liGood understanding of inventory dynamics and key inventory KPIs (aging, coverage, sell-through, slow movers, etc.). /li liExperience in reporting and performance analysis.
