pWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Security Manager to support the management and implementation of safety, security, and risk management activities within our property. Reporting to the Cluster Safety and Security Manager, the ideal candidate will collaborate in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and company assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory and luxury standards of the Group. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 pb1. Daily Operations Physical Security /b /p ul liMonitor and manage all aspects of physical security, including closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, access control, and flow management. /li liPerform regular inspections of risk management systems (e.g., fire and evacuation equipment) and supervise corrective actions when necessary. /li liSupport the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of security and fire safety systems. /li /ul pb2. Emergency Response Incident Management /b /p ul liActively participate in emergency planning, related drills, and property preparedness programs. /li liCoordinate the initial phases of incident investigations, collaborating with local emergency services and preparing the required documentation. /li liManage critical situations with promptness and efficiency, maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach. /li /ul pb3. Compliance Safety Standards /b /p ul liEnsure adherence to all relevant health, safety, fire prevention, and local regulatory requirements. /li liSupport various departments in implementing security protocols and promoting a culture of prevention and resilience.



/li liCollaborate with the Food Beverage team to support hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP/Hygiene). /li /ul pb4. Event Safety VIP Guests /b /p ul liConduct preliminary risk assessments for VIP visits, special events, and large functions. /li liImplement dedicated protective measures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. /li /ul pb5. Training Communication /b /p ul liSupport the delivery of security training sessions targeted at both security and non-security personnel, promoting awareness and company compliance. /li liSupport Human Resources (HR) in pre-employment screening activities, including reference and background checks where required. /li /ul h3bQualifications Requirements /b /h3 ul libEducation: /bCertification in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. /li libExperience: /bAt least 2-4 years of progressive experience in similar security roles, preferably within luxury hospitality, corporate, or high-end retail sectors. /li libTechnical Skills: /bSolid knowledge of physical security principles, security technologies (CCTV, access control), and risk management methodologies. Knowledge of applicable safety regulations. /li libSoft Skills: /bExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. /li libLanguages:
