This remote position requires extensive knowledge of the BMC Helix platform, where you will be responsible for administering system configurations, managing user access, and ensuring high availability of our service management processes. You will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to implement best practices and streamline operations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdminister BMC Helix applications, including workflows, dashboards, and reports, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. /li liMonitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime. /li liProvide technical support and training to end-users, facilitating the effective use of the platform. /li liManage system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. /li liDocument system configurations, maintenance procedures, and best practices for future reference. /li liAnalyze system functionalities and stakeholder needs to recommend enhancements and improvements.
