h3Position Overview /h3 pSpace Industries S.p.A., a leading aerospace company specializing in bassembly, integration and testing of small satellites /b, is looking for an bexperienced Quality Assurance Manager /b to join the Quality Compliance team. /p pThe selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring bcompliance, reliability, and quality /b throughout the bspace production process /b, from component procurement to satellite integration and testing. /p pThe role is both bstrategic and operational /b, supporting Operations, Suppliers and Customers to ensure all deliverables meet the demanding requirements of space programs. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ulliDefine, Plan and execute/coordinate inspections, included KIPs and MIPs, included inspection reports, /li /ul ulliCollaborate with AIT, testing and other departments to solve technical and quality issues, /li /ul ulliManage non conformances from issue definition through NRBs, disposition and verification of effectiveness of corrective action(s), /li /ul ulliSupport PA in contributing to Readiness Reviews /li /ul ulliSupport PA in monitoring compliance to requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle, /li /ul ulliSupport PA in revising technical documentation e.g. test procedures, test report. /li /ul ulliSupport Configuration control, documentation management and traceability, /li /ul ulliContribute to the preparation of EIDPs e.g. by establishing the final list of NCRs, RFWs/RFDs, "open work" list, /li /ul ulliContribute to risk/opportunity analyses, /li /ul ulliContribute to the PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis), /li /ul ulliExercise the right to alert in case of non-compliance, /li /ul ulliSupport process audits (from internal or Customer/third parties) /li /ul ulliContribute to continuous improvement /li /ul ulliDegree in bAerospace Engineering /b, bElectronics Engineering /b, or related disciplines. /li /ul ullibMinimum 3 years of experience /b in bQuality Assurance /b roles within the baerospace sector /b,
