pCepheid, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist – Systems to provide advanced product support for molecular diagnostics instruments. This remote role will serve customers across Europe and requires strong hardware, software, and networking knowledge to resolve complex issues. /ppReporting to the Customer Care Manager of Italy/Portugal, you will analyze root causes, document cases, and contribute to knowledge bases while traveling up to 15% to customer sites as needed. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
