This role will have responsibility for leading a team of learning professionals to deliver and continually elevate an ambitious learning agenda. Working in close partnership with PC and management teams in market,



the role will be accountable for ensuring colleagues at all levels have access to high-quality learning and development experiences to support their in-role performance, development, and future growth. /ph3Key duties and responsibilities: /h3ulliManage a team of learning professionals and create a supportive and inclusive team environment. /liliDrive and promote a culture of continuous professional development across the market. /liliPartner with country PC leader and PC business partners to understand business requirements and opportunities - feeding insights into central CoE teams. /liliDevelop and drive a progressive learning strategy for colleagues in that market (retail and regional office where applicable) – balancing global priorities with local requirements. /liliParticipate as a member of the country PC team to provide a coordinated approach to PC activities within the market. /liliLead the roll-out of impactful learning solutions, including workshops, webinars, masterclasses, events, and full blended programmes. /liliDeliver impactful sessions for senior leadership groups and teams in that market. /liliWhere appropriate, develop solutions to learning and performance needs and/or source solutions using external providers. /liliLead an annual market learning calendar, as part of an overall market PC plan, ensuring it’s progressive and up to date.
