In this role, you will lead and coordinate projects for some of the world’s most iconic automotive brands. /li liManagement and coordination of the interdisciplinary and intercultural project team to meet quality, profitability, time, and delivery targets. /li liEnsuring flawless launches and securing customer satisfaction. /li liEnsuring internal and external communication with all Stakeholders, including formal escalation management. /li liDocumentation of experiences and best practices identified during projects to ensure continuous improvement. /li liStructured risk analysis, including the definition of mitigation plans to minimize risks for effective project completion. /li liFormalizing and sharing of lessons learnt and best practices identified through the execution. /li /ul h3You will enjoy working here if you have /h3 ul liExperience of technical leadership in the context of projects and the ability to manage (customer-oriented) projects across different cultures and regions. /li liKnowledge of the relevant project management techniques, such as risk analysis, time and resource planning, preferably in connection with the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) principles of the automotive industry. /li liFamiliarity with IT tools in the field of project management. /li liAbility to build positive and long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate promptly and effectively. /li liGood command of the German language, with the ability to communicate with customers and coworkers.
