pJOB DESCRIPTION: Job Description We are looking for a Field Technical Engineer to join our Electrophysiology Team in Italy. /ph3Primary Objective of Position /h3pThe incumbent is responsible for the promotion of Abbott EP Product lines through professional and technical support to both medical and sales personnel. This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott. This position’s primary function is to attend electrophysiology procedures and support any issues related to transcatheter ablation equipment. /ph3Roles Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide technical support and assistance over the whole national territory to the sales force and physicians /liliPerform product presentations and training on products utilization to customers /liliSupport physicians during the enrolment and follow up phase of clinical studies /liliProvide support to Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator and Clinical Department for any additional tasks and projects /liliBe proactive in taking Abbott solution-oriented approach to customers /liliPromptly communicate feedback/info on supported electrophysiology procedures /liliPerform booth duty when required /liliEnsure all Abbott standing Quality Procedures are followed /li /ulh3Education Competencies /h3ulliDegree in Engineering (Biomedical or Electrical) or Electrophysiology /liliGood Knowledge of English and Italian, both written and verbal /liliGood knowledge of MS Office /liliPreferable 1/2 years in similar activities (technical support)
