Welcome to Bosch. /ppWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of our four manufacturing sites (Pavia di Udine, Martignacco, Fagagna and Colloredo di Monte Albano). The role combines strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and operational excellence, with responsibility for both internal resources and external service providers. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and develop the internal Facility Maintenance team (ca. 5 associates), ensuring effective organization, prioritization, and performance. /liliOversee the maintenance and management of buildings, infrastructures, utilities, technical systems, and workplace services across all sites.
/liliPlan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring high standards of reliability, safety, and business continuity. /liliManage Landlord representatives, external contractors and service providers, including performance monitoring, cost control, and compliance with agreed service levels. /liliCoordinate facility-related projects, investments, and continuous improvement initiatives, from planning through implementation. /liliManage energy consumption and CO2 emissions and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction. /liliOversee site security and surveillance, including access control, CCTV systems, visitor management, security procedures, and coordination with external security providers. /liliEnsure appropriate emergency preparedness and business continuity measures are in place. /liliCollaborate with Production, Maintenance, HSE-dpt., Operations, Engineering, Human Resources, Purchasing, Controlling and other functions to ensure that facilities effectively support business requirements. /liliEnsure compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, technical standards, and internal procedures. /li /ulpThe Facility Manager will play a key role in ensuring operational continuity, workplace efficiency, security, and the continuous improvement of the company’s facilities. /ppTarget report is with the Italian / Greek Global Real Estate Cluster Leader; disciplinary report is with the Plant Manager. /ppThe ideal candidate combines a solid technical background with proven managerial and organizational skills.
Experience in a manufacturing environment and in managing multiple sites is highly desirable. Strong communication and negotiation skills, a hands‑on approach, problem‑solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. /pulliMinimum b3-5 years of professional experience /b in Facility Management, HSE Management, Civil Engineering/Construction, or related fields, preferably within a manufacturing environment. /liliSolid knowledge of the bapplicable regulatory framework /b, including occupational health safety and environmental legislation (e.g. relevant Health Safety and Environmental Codes/Acts), as well as applicable building and technical regulations. /liliProven experience in bteam leadership and people management /b, combined with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. /liliExperience in managing bmultiple external suppliers and contractors /b, including contract and performance management. /liliGood understanding of facility‑related technical systems, maintenance, infrastructure, and construction projects. /liliStrong awareness and experience in bsite security, surveillance, access control, and emergency management /b. /liliFluent bEnglish and Italian language skills /b, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered a plus. /liliAbility to work effectively in a bmultifunctional and international team environment /b, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions and locations. /liliStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a hands‑on and proactive approach. /li /ulpBosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
