P3 Parks in Milan is seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join our Italian team. You will support sourcing, underwriting and assessment of logistics real estate opportunities, while building relationships with brokers and advisors to identify value in the Italian market.
You will prepare financial models, participate in negotiations and contribute to investment memoranda and due diligence. A hybrid work setup and ongoing development opportunities are offered.
