To support our businessobjectivesand the continued transformation of manufacturing in Marche, we are looking for quality leaders who combine rigorous standards with a forward-looking approach to customers, production,technologyand continuous improvement. /p pReporting hierarchically to the Plant Director and functionally to the Quality Assurance Director, the Plant Quality Control Manager is accountable for the effectiveness, development, monitoring and continuous improvement of the plant quality management system. The role safeguards product and process conformity throughout the manufacturing flow and drives action to improve customer satisfaction and quality performance. /p pThe Plant Quality Manager leads the plant quality team and works closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, HSE, Logistics, Procurement, RD and Group Quality. The role combines rigorous quality governance with hands-on support to operations, ensuring that new products, engineering changes, new technologies and footprint transitions are introduced with robust controls, validated processes and stable performance. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 h3Quality management system and governance /h3 ul liEnsure the proper functioning, development,monitoringand continuous improvement of the plant quality management system in line with Group standards and applicable requirements.
/li liPlan and coordinate management reviews, internal and process audits, and external certification or product-compliance audits, ensuringtimelyclosure and verified effectiveness of actions. /li liMaintain quality procedures, control plans, standards and records, ensuring clear ownership, documentcontroland consistent shop-floor application. /li liReport transparently on quality performance, risks,prioritiesand resource needs. /li liManagement and supervision of the company's quality procedures, standards and specifications: ISO 9001 /li /ul h3Product and process quality /h3 ul liSupervise quality from incoming inspection through manufacturing, finalinspectionand product release. /li liEnsure effective controls, statistical processcontroland product testing, using capability and trend analysis to prevent defects. /li liMonitor scrap, rework, first-pass yield, defects and non-conformities, leading root-causeanalysisand sustainable corrective actions. /li liManage non-conforming, on-hold and quarantined products, ensuring traceability, riskassessmentand timely disposition. /li liSupervise internal process conformity and reinforce process discipline. /li /ul h3Customer and supplier quality /h3 ul liSupport Quality Assurance in managing plant-related customer claims, ensuring rapid containment, fact-based analysis, correctiveactionand lessons learned. /li liWork with suppliers and Procurement to review quality performance,agreeimprovementplansand verify effectiveness. /li liTranslate customer feedback, auditfindingsand field-quality insights into preventive action. /li liPromote a customer-focused mindset across the plant. /li /ul h3New products, engineeringchangesand footprint evolution /h3 ul liLead the quality workstream for New Product Introduction and Engineering Change Requests. /li liDefine and execute validation plans for new or transferred equipment, processes,toolingand products, including pre-series controls. /li liLead/support quality preventive activities such as DFMEA/ PFMEA in collaboration with RD, quality control plan in collaboration with Quality assurance, supply QCP in collaboration with SQA, QA network in collaboration with Production manager /li liSupportnew technologiesand footprint transitions,identifyingrisksearlyand assuring stable quality during transfer and ramp-up. /li liPartner with RD, Industrial Engineering and Production to designquality intoprocesses. /li /ul h3Continuous improvement and WCM /h3 ul liLead the Quality Control pillar within the World Class Manufacturingplantorganization. /li liDrive advanced problem solving, quality matrices, process audits, statisticalmethodsand preventive quality techniques. /li liCoordinate plant quality meetings and disciplined review of KPIs, abnormalities and actions. /li liUse data and digital tools to improve visibility,traceabilityand early-warningcapability. /li liShare standards and best practices across the Marche sites and Group Quality communities. /li /ul h3People leadership and quality culture /h3 ul liLead,coachand develop the plant quality team, ensuring clear roles,prioritiesand accountability.
/li liBuild quality capability across Production and other functions through training and coaching. /li liPromote a preventive and proactive culture in which deviations are surfaced early and facts guide decisions. /li liAct as a credible quality partner to the Plant Director and production leadership, constructively challenging decisions when risks require action. /li /ul h3Experience and qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Engineeringor a comparable technical discipline. /li liAt least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in plant quality, manufacturingqualityor a similar industrial role. /li liSolid knowledge of quality management systems, manufacturing quality processes,quality-controlmethods, statistical processcontroland product testing. /li liAdvanced capability in structured problem solving, root-cause analysis,correctiveand preventive action,PFMEAand process capability. /li liKnowledge of Total Quality Management and Six Sigma; Black Belt-level competence is an advantage. /li liExperience with World Class Manufacturing, including the Quality Control pillar, is an advantage. /li liKnowledge of metal stamping, welding, enameling, painting, polyurethane injection,assemblyor automation is an advantage. /li liBasic knowledge of mechanical, electrical,electronicand software-related product and process considerations. /li liGood understanding of health,safetyand environmental principles applied to production. /li liFluency in Italian and professionalproficiencyin English. /li /ul h3Leadership profile /h3 ul liCustomer-focused and uncompromising on product and process integrity, whileremainingpragmatic and close to operations. /li liPreventive and data-driven, able to move the organization from containment toward stable process control. /li liAnalytical and structured, able to turn complex findings into sustainable countermeasures. /li liCredible and constructive in challenging decisions, escalatingrisksand influencing leaders. /li liA people-focused leader who develops technical capability and cross-functional accountability. /li liOrganized and resilient in managing audits, claims,changesand deadlines. /li liCurious aboutnew technologies, digital qualitytoolsand continuous improvement, with an entrepreneurial mindset. /li /ul pThe compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender‑neutral criteria.
