executive updates and critical issue escalations. /p /lilipAlign globally distributed teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority. /p /lilipStrengthen Agile practices, program governance, delivery predictability and continuous improvement. /p /li /ulh3What you bring /h3ullipBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Geomatics, Geodesy, GIS, Surveying or a related discipline. /p /lilipbAt least 7 years of experience in technical project or program management, including 3 or more years leading cross-functional software programs. /b /p /lilipProven experience managing large-scale software programs and concurrent initiatives in multinational engineering organizations. /p /lilipStrong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile or Scrum methodologies, software architecture and modern development practices. /p /lilipExperience with cloud-based platforms and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent. /p /lilipAbility to coordinate complex software ecosystems involving multiple products, platforms and technical dependencies. /p /lilipProfessional working English at intermediate level or above. /p /lilipExperience in geospatial, GIS, surveying, construction technology, precision agriculture or GNSS-related industries is highly desirable. /p /lilipPMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe,
