We are looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team and support customers across Northern Italy. /ppThis is a remote, field-based role ideally suited to someone located in the Milan region, providing technical support, installations, maintenance, and training for advanced medical technology used in hospitals and healthcare facilities. /ph3What You’ll Be Doing /h3pAs a trusted technical expert, you will: /pulliInstall, commission, maintain, and repair neurology and neurodiagnostic systems at customer sites. /liliPerform system upgrades, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault resolution. /liliSupport customers with hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues. /liliConduct site surveys and coordinate installation projects from planning through completion. /liliDeliver customer training to ensure safe and effective use of equipment. /liliProvide remote technical support via phone and digital tools. /liliDocument service activities, reports, quotations, and technical records accurately. /liliCollaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Quality teams to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement. /liliBuild strong customer relationships while delivering an exceptional service experience. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3h3Essential Requirements /h3ulliDiploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, IT, Medical Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
