The role contributes to operational efficiency, cost control, supplier management, and the implementation of best practices across the organization. /p pResponsible for country fleet management, including third-party services: /p ulliDefine requirements and manage orders for new company cars or reallocations of the existing ones. /liliManage the external provider responsible for fleet administration. /liliMonitor and manage fleet-related costs. /liliUpdate fleet management documentation and KPIs /li /ul pResponsible for facilities management across all Italian sites, excluding the brewery ‘site in Induno Olona: /p ulliCoordinate facility maintenance and service interventions. /liliRequest and evaluate supplier quotations. /liliManage contracts with facility-related suppliers. /liliPurchase equipment and furniture. /liliDefine the facilities budget in collaboration with the Carlsberg Excellence Manager /liliIdentify cost-saving opportunities related to facilities,
